Flipping the Classroom: Need convincing? Want to get started?

The Flipped Classroom may sound like the education equivalent to Corn Flakes for supper, but for teachers wanting to provide individual attention to students, while still keeping lessons moving along, flipping might just allow you to double your teaching power.

My Big Campus makes it easy to flip your classroom. The wealth of video tutorials in the Resource Library, and the Flipped Classroom and Khan Academy and other Video Collections topics, have many of the resources you need to get started.

We're also supporting teachers in other ways. As part of that, we're inviting you to take part in a Webinar series scheduled for February 13 through 16. Virtual education expert Libby Lawrie will lead discussions with guests including assistant middle-school principal Jason Roseberry, tech integrator Joan Roehre, and some front-line teachers—tackling the whys and how-tos of flipping. You'll find registration links for each webinar below.

For those who can't attend the live presentations, we'll also be recording these for you to watch whenever it's convenient for you. We've also created a group discussion where you can share questions, ideas, and tips with your fellow educators.

Here's the schedule. Each webinar will be presented at two different times, to accommodate time zones and teaching schedules. Please note that you must register to attend.
